just to clarify.......

I just wanted to clear up a little something before DFCS comes knockin on my door.....my kids went to bible school yesterday afternoon and this afternoon.......for some reason Jake and Rivers were a little concerned about what or if they'd be eating there (I guess since they weren't gonna be home at dinner time they thought they were gonna have to miss dinner)....anyway, they were so happy yesterday when I picked them up b/c they had gotten to eat!!!

and bless this one's heart it was so good that this afternoon he told them he wanted the leftovers (meaning ANYTING they had left over!!!) to take home........the clarification part? I didn't want anyone to think I don't feed my children. It was precious when he came walkin in and had his tin foil wrapped plate of leftovers....that now sits in the fridge for tomorrow   :)

now he doesn't look like he doesn't get fed does he? I love that my kids like good food and food that is good for them!!! YAY FOR GOOD KIDS!!!

and on another note, my sil thought I should add this cause it's not something I want to forget.....today I had to go help a lady clean her silver (it's a yearly thing I do) and mama kept the babes. Whilst I was gone they got in a little trouble when she caught them out in the back yard sailing the kittens around by their tail and seein if they would go airborne......anywhoooo, they were made to write: I abused the kittens today.  like 20 times or so.
I tried to get into the habit of making them write or clean up anytime they get into trouble. After all, you can never have a neat enough handwriting or a clean enough house   :)
